How to reset your Castodia account?

Reset your account if there are account conflicts or if you've recently re-installed the add-on

Sometimes, our add-on may not work properly on your device if you have it linked to several Google accounts or if you have previously installed and re-installed the extension. In this case, resetting your account can help fix any bugs you may experience.

To reset your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Within the Google Sheets toolbar, click "Add-Ons"
  2. Hover over the Castodia Database Connector and click "Settings"
  3. Click the "Account" tab within the add-on and click the "Reset your account" button
  4. Go to your email and paste the reset key given
  5. Click "Confirm reset"

Note: your previously saved queries will still be available.
