There are 2 common cases that may require account resets: add-on reinstallation and installation on multiple accounts.
If you have uninstalled the Castodia add-on and reinstalled at a later time, for security purposes, we require that users reset their accounts in order to use the add-on.
If you have installed the Castodia add-on with multiple email accounts, the add-on may not function properly, especially when you switch between accounts. We recommend choosing the primary email account when setting up and using the add-on.
